What is a Certified CATALYST FACILITATOR?
A Catalyst Facilitator is a woman trained by Dr. Trenace N. Richardson to facilitate interactive and dynamic women’s gatherings. After our 3 week training, a woman is equipped with the knowledge, the resources, and the strategy to convene women in a powerful setting.
What does the Certified REAL WOMEN CATALYST FACILITATOR training
- 3-Week Training directly with CEO and Founder, Dr. Trenace N. Richardson
- Master the 6 C’s of Sister Circle Facilitation: Culture, Compassion, Content, Creativity, Communication, and the Clock
- Three, 3-Week Group Training Webinar-Style Calls with Trenace
- Accountability Partner Assigned
- All Trainings and Calls are recorded and sent out to the group
- Invitation to apply to become a REAL Women Facilitator
- Certificate of Completion and Certified Letter Indicating your official Status as a Certified REAL Women Catalyst Facilitator
- Official Electronic RW Catalyst Certification Seal to place on your website or materials to indicate you are a trained and certified RW Catalyst Facilitator

The next training begins Sunday, August 12, 2018 at 7:30pm.How much is the Facilitator Training and how do I pay?
You can either pay a full $497 payment or pay $147 for four months. Once you complete the application form, the payment invoice will be sent to you.
