FAQs

How should I dress?

There will be time to relax, reflect, and refresh yourself on the beautiful hotel property so be comfortable. There is also a fitness center so feel free to bring your exercise clothes. The dress for the weekend is casual. Most of us will be wearing t-shirts and jeans, but we encourage you to BE YOU! Dress in whatever makes you comfortable.

What’s the refund policy?

All non ALL-Access members’ registration fees are non-refundable but they are transferable. If you need to transfer your registration to someone else, simply send us the details to info@realwomenrock.org. There is a one-day fee that you can pay if you can only attend one of the two days, but trust us, you won’t want to miss a thing!

ALL-Access members will get their registration deposit back on Day One of the Intensive. The registration fee is simply to secure your commitment to attending the event. If an ALL-Access member does not attend the Intensive after paying the deposit it then becomes non-refundable.

Is the hotel room included in my Intensive registration fee?

No, the discounted hotel rate for our Intensive is $99/night. This is separate from your Intensive registration fee. ​

Make your hotel room reservation at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center as soon as possible. Our room block will be released to the public on November 8, 2017.

To reserve a room, call 1-800-445-8667 and ask for the REAL Women Intensive group rate of $99/night. Once you make your individual reservation has been made, any changes should be made directly with the hotel’s Group Reservations Department.

A credit card number or ONE night’s advance deposit will be required to secure a room out of our block. Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to arrival or 1 night’s room and tax will be assessed.
